Harvest Students

Growing disciples who are passionate about the Gospel

Overview

Harvest Students is all about gathering students (Grades 5th-12th) to enjoy friendship, learn about and grow in their faith in Jesus and make a difference at Harvest, our community and world for a lifetime.

Sunday Meetings

Our Sunday meetings are typically every 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month after the second service.

We eat lunch together, play a hilarious game, learn about the Christian life from the Bible, then break into discussion groups to apply what we learned and support one another.

We want the students to experience the joy of life in Christian fellowship, learn about Jesus from the Bible, and give them an opportunity to respond to Jesus and grow in their relationship with Him.

Parents generally grab lunch together while Students is meeting.

Student Events

We regularly have fun events like escape rooms, cookouts, lake days and more. They are great opportunities to enjoy fellowship and invite friends.

August Retreat

Each August, we have a Student Retreat at Camp Oak Hill – a weekend of fun at camp with great teaching, worship, hilarious games and life change.

Mission Trips

Each summer, we send students to share their faith and serve the communities in Eastern Kentucky and Belize during alternating summers.

Parent Lunches

Several times a year, we treat the parents to a lunch to update them on the ministry, share some trends we are noticing as well as helpful tips and pray for the students.
